Anger
There once was a boy- not too young, not too old. This boy had great control over his emotions- or so he thought. Now this boy decided that he didn't like some feelings. Especially one- Anger. Perhaps it was because his family had a lot of anger. Perhaps it was because he saw the destructive power of anger. Maybe even he did something he regretted because of it. No one really knows. But slowly, he started to remove anger from his life. Instead of getting angry, he chose to see the point of view of the person he started feeling anger towards. And slowly, he decided that he doesn't have a right to be angry with anybody. Now, he just felt disappointment in himself whenever he started feeling even the twinge of anger. He punished himself every time he felt angry. And he succeeded. As the boy grew older and older, this poisonous, to him, feeling of anger came less and less, until it ceased altogether.
